Upload Savegame for Avorion

Note: We recommend using an FTP program such as Filezilla.
You need the seed of your savegame, without it, you cannot continue your savegame!
Your server must be in “Advanced Mode”.

To upload your savegame, please follow these steps:

1. Stop your server. The server status must be Server is not running!
2. Connect to the Savegames FTP) with your FTP program.
   You can find the login data in the FTP Overview when you click on FTP.
3. Upload your savegame to the following directory:
   /ConfigID/galaxies/avorion_galaxy
   Note: The ConfigID or Configuration ID for your server can be found on our website under Gameserver.
   If your ConfigID is, for example, 123456, the path would look like this: /123456/galaxies/avorion_galaxy
4. Open the server.ini file for editing.
5. Enter the seed of your savegame under Seed=.
6. Click on Save and start your server.
