How can I change my tariff

You can change your tariff at any time on our website under Adjust tariff.
However, there are a few conditions:

  1. Your account balance must not be negative. This means that all invoices must be paid.
  2. The new tariff must not have a total price over the duration that is lower than the current price.
  3. At least 24 hours must have passed since receiving the invoice.
  4. The next invoice must not be created within the next 24 hours.

Small example calculation:

You have a Minecraft subscription with a minimum duration of 12 months for 4 slots and a monthly price of €1.75.
The total amount is €21.
If you now try to switch to a subscription with a minimum duration of 6 months for 6 slots, the switch will fail.
Because the total amount is €16.98, which is smaller than €21.

What else should you consider?

  • With a successful switch, the minimum duration starts again
  • Credits, if available, will be automatically applied to the next invoice.
  • Additional charges, if available, will be automatically applied to the next invoice.
