How can I change my tariff
You can change your tariff at any time on our website under Adjust tariff.
However, there are a few conditions:
- Your account balance must not be negative. This means that all invoices must be paid.
- The new tariff must not have a total price over the duration that is lower than the current price.
- At least 24 hours must have passed since receiving the invoice.
- The next invoice must not be created within the next 24 hours.
Small example calculation:
You have a Minecraft subscription with a minimum duration of 12 months for 4 slots and a monthly price of €1.75.
The total amount is €21.
If you now try to switch to a subscription with a minimum duration of 6 months for 6 slots, the switch will fail.
Because the total amount is €16.98, which is smaller than €21.
What else should you consider?
- With a successful switch, the minimum duration starts again
- Credits, if available, will be automatically applied to the next invoice.
- Additional charges, if available, will be automatically applied to the next invoice.
