Tip: We recommend using an FTP program such as Filezilla.

Follow these steps:

1. Stop your server. The status should be Server not running.
2. Connect to your FTP program using the Savegames-FTP.
   You can find the login details in the FTP overview when you click on FTP.
3. Your savegame is packed in the following directory:
   ConfigID.
   Note: You can find the ConfigID or Configuration ID for your server on our page under Gameserver.
   If, for example, your ConfigID is 123456, it would look like this: /123456/.
   The file is named according to the following pattern: ConfigID_save.zip.
