Download Savegame for Interstellar Rift

In this article, we will describe how to download your savegame for Interstellar Rift.

Tip: We recommend using an FTP program such as Filezilla.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Stop your server. The status of your server must be “Server not running!”
2. Connect to your FTP program using the Savegames-FTP.
   You can find the login information in the FTP overview by clicking on FTP.
3. Your savegame can be found in the following directory:
   ConfigID/saves/InterstellarRift/userdb.
   Note: The ConfigID or Configuration ID for your server can be found on our website under Gameserver.
   If your ConfigID is, for example, 123456, then the path would look like this: /123456/saves/InterstellarRift/userdb.
4. Download the userdb folder.
