Installing Mods for 7 Days to Die
Important: You must use an FTP client such as Filezilla.
To upload mods simply follow these steps:
- Start and stop your server. The status of the server must be server not running!
- Connect with your FTP client to Gameserver FTP .
You can find the login data in the FTP overview by clicking on FTP. - upload your modfolders to the following directory:
/Mods/ - start your server.
Important: Note that the directories and ModInfo.xml are case-sensitive!
If the directory or the ModInfo.xml is not named correctly, the mod will not load.
The directory must be Mods and the file ModInfo.xml.
